Rhode Island native, owner and chef Mike Rumplik loves lobster rolls! After a trip to Boston, he was inspired to create super-sized versions of the scrumptious New England and Connecticut lobster rolls served at The Nauti Lobstah. The restaurant had just celebrated its 2nd anniversary, so why not create a two-foot lobster roll stuffed with two pounds of Maine lobster?
